Our two brand new display homes have been designed for lifestyle excellence – modern, convenient, spacious, functional, and importantly, stylish.

Flow through the The Belvidere which has been designed with the new meaning of home in mind, this design adheres to the contemporary standards of living for the whole family.

The master suite sits at the front of the home with a cleverly designed walk-in robe that separates the bedroom and ensuite. The three other bedrooms, main bathroom and separate powder room are placed in a separate wing.

The rear of the home boasts a large open plan living, dining and kitchen, with an outdoor living that sits off the family area for light and breezy entertaining all year-round.

The kitchen island is where the whole household comes together for breakfast, cups of tea, homework and just general chit chat while the next meal is cooking – this is the hub of the home where smiles are captured, and memories are created.
