"We signed our contract prior to the pandemic, and true to their word, Meto honoured their fixed price even though the cost of materials and trades increased significantly.

We couldn't be happier with our finished home. Our house was custom designed to fit our block, and everyone comments on the amazing use of space.

I asked a friend, who is a very fussy retired builder, to do the handover inspection with me, and he commented on the outstanding finishes and attention to detail. From start to finish, the staff at Metro could not have been more helpful and obliging.

During the planning stages, David, our sales rep, bent over backwards to accommodate my wishes which involved several plan changes which were completed without issue and usually returned for approval within one day. We experienced a few delays due to the pandemic, but when I rang Metro asking when the next stage would be completed, they got back to me immediately with information.

Lawrence was our site manager, and he was brilliant. He was patient if I had a whinge about something and would calmly explain things to me. During the final handover inspection, he found more things to fix than I did, and they were all fixed before we were given the keys.

We have now been in our home for three months and absolutely love it.

This is the fifth home I have built, and Metro has exceeded the other 4 Adelaide builders, hands down, for quality, price and service.

If I build again, Metro will be my first choice."
